Ilona began her career in healthcare as a nurse in Europe. Born in Romania, she went on to pursue her studies in Physiotherapy at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” in Bucharest. As part of a multicultural family, she is able to communicate fluently in English, French, Greek, and Romanian.

Her Canadian journey began in 2013, when she and her family immigrated to Montreal, Quebec. There, she completed the Physiotherapy Bridging Program at the Université de Montréal in 2017 and worked in private practice until 2022, when her family relocated to Ontario.

Ilona treats a wide range of physiotherapy conditions, including musculoskeletal issues (back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, tendinopathies, fractures), neurological conditions (stroke, concussion, multiple sclerosis, vertigo, proprioceptive disorders), and pelvic health concerns (urinary incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy, and postpartum care). She uses a variety of treatment approaches, such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and electrotherapy.

Ilona takes a holistic approach to healing and values interdisciplinary collaboration. She is happy to work alongside other healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, nutritionists, chiropractors, and osteopaths, to support optimal patient outcomes.

Simrandeep Kaur completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India and is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their mobility, reduce pain, and return to meaningful daily activities through evidence-based and patient-centered care.

Simrandeep has worked with individuals experiencing a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and believes in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
